Prior to pursuing her career as a garden designer, Caroline worked for some years in the creative and media industry and is a keen amateur photographer. These influences have given her an awareness for light and form, resulting in designs based on clean simple lines, contemporary materials and minimalist yet elegant planting, to create a garden that is both functional and visual. She has been fortunate enough to work with the Royal Parks helping to collaborate plant data for their archives, and designing various beds within their woodland gardens.
The No Fuss Garden
A town garden in Surrey, viewed from full-length windows of a contemporary home. The main objective was to provide easy access from the garage to the main house through the garden while creating various areas to either relax or entertain.

The Small Budget Garden
A small garden for a ground floor flat in South London with a tight budget. A low maintenance, contemporary space to look good instantly and then continually for the whole year. Secluded enough for one, fun enough for ten!

The Wildlife Garden
Originally a derelict and run down space, outside a Victorian cottage, this garden was transformed into a native, wildlife garden complete with pond, compost and log store.

The Levelled Garden
A difficult site that had a steep slope running from the house to the bottom of the garden. The space was to be designed around the existing planting as much as possible and required a kids play area, pergola and water feature.
