| Having spent a large amount of her life living in the Sussex countryside, Kayse has always had a great love of the native flora and fauna and has drawn creative inspiration from her surroundings through a variety of art forms over the years. Kayse’s sense of, and love for, colour, texture and rhythm can be seen both in her textile and garden designs. Combined with inspiration born of an interest in all things British, both old and new, and native organic growth - her style is fluid where space compliments a depth of beautiful planting. |
A Shared Exposed Garden
A large rural garden in Hampshire, on a hill with stunning views, exposed to strong south-westerly winds with clay soil. The period farmhouse was being extended to include an office and annex; requiring simple, low maintenance, private spaces.

A City Garden to Let
This split level London garden required a simple, low budget, low maintenance design for a basement flat undergoing renovation. On completion the owner will be looking to rent at the top end of the market.
|
A Garden for Gardeners
A rural village garden in leafy Surrey, with large established deciduous trees, in need of rejuvenation following long term tenancy. Recently retired keen gardeners, the planting was to be deep and full with a flowing colour palette.
|
A Tiered Garden
A suburban garden in Sussex, recently bought by young, keen gardeners. They predominantly had lawn that quickly sloped away from the house; what they envisaged was a fluid garden with different areas of function, form and substantial planting.
